What the what?!

If there is one thing on this Earth that will drive me bat shit crazy, it is horrid drivers. Seriously, I know most of us had to, at the very least, had to take a test and pass a driver's test in order to be able to legally get behind the wheel of a car and drive. I know in most states require you to be able to also park your car properly... 

I have a high standard, apparently, for drivers since spending a year in Germany... where most Americans couldn't pass a driver's test if their lives depended on it. Sadly, most of driving is common sense and courtesy. It's obvious most people lack both of those qualities while driving in Tacoma, WA. I do not like driving in Tacoma. at. all. I avoid going there at all costs.

Yesterday I could not avoid it. I had to go meet a friend at the mall to deliver my laptop I sold them. (That's right, I'm working solely with the iPad and iMac now...) Anyways, I gave her and her husband the laptop, said our "see you laters" since it will probably be a while before I get to see them again. (They used to be our neighbors in Germany and were only here picking up their car from the port and heading back to their home state.) Well, Delilah started to get fussy so I let the car run, got in the back seat to feed her while Gracie and Noah at their lunch (in their car seats). As Delilah was almost finished I felt a little bump and the Durango move forward a bit. I got scared for a second and then looked behind me to see a car parked behind me now. 

No big deal.

Wait. My car had just moved.

Oh what the heck!? 

After Delilah finished eating, I put her back in the car seat and crawl back to the front seat... don't judge, I forgot I had the child safety locks on the back doors. I decided I should check the back of the car just to see what happened...

Well, this is what happened.

HOW DO YOU HIT SOMEONE'S PARKED CAR AND NOT REALIZE IT?!

The lady driving (I know it was a lady because I looked behind me while nursing as she was getting out)

She got out of her car and went right into JC Penny's like it was no big deal. I wonder if she even realized she hit my hitch while she was trying to crawl up my tail pipe.
